Visiting The Clink Prison Museum will allow you to come face-to-face with a variety of original artefacts used for questioning and torturing. We do encourage our guests to handle such items and even torture each other if the needs takes you.
Scold's Bridle
Used to silence the scolding wives of the area, placed around the head and with a metal tongue inserted into the mouth the wearer would be silenced from speaking out against her husband.
