The Clink Prison Museum has a history stretching back to 1144 with links to the Gunpowder Plot, Babbington Plot and many other major historical events. To believe that nothing has been left behind from the suffering, pain and neglect of the thousands of inmates is questionable.

Many visitors have claimed to have heard and seen a variety of strange happenings, from people walking through walls, dogs running through the museum and many more odd and unexplainable events. We’ve even received in excess of fifty reports of a lady sitting playing with chains in one corner of the museum.

Previous investigators have found the site to be very active with a variety of things happening from glasses smashing, lights turning on and off, doors opening and closing and many other strange unexplained events.
